Hot & Humid

That is the title for this week. Today, we will see highs well into the eighties, if not lower ninties. Heat indicies will be in the one hundreds for today and most of the week. Keep in mind, the forecasted high heat indicies are no criteria for a Heat Advisory to be issued. However, with the daytime highs getting as high as they are forecasted to be, we could see a stray heat index value of 105°F - 110°F.

The rain will stay in the forecast for most of this week. The exception though will be on Wednesday and Thursday when we will see a slighter chance of rain than any of the other days this week.

Right now, there is nothing of any real concern in the tropics. We will keep you advised of any tropical troubles that develop.
